Merrivale is a narrative short set in the 1620's Dartmoor during an outbreak of plague.

Victims of the disease were banished to the moors, they traded with the healthy via a bucket placed in the middle of the stone circle of Merrivale, coins dropped in the water were thought to be cleansed of the disease and merchants would leave food for them.

The Thief is hoping to take advantage of this odd transaction, but has heard whispers of supernatural attributes to the bucket, dare she reach into it?
